We are extremely delighted to announce that all of our pest control technicians have now passed the HACCP course Level 2 for food safety in manufacturing.

HACCP International (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) began certifying pest controllers to this new standard in 2014, thereby giving a clear indication to the food industry as to a pest controller’s competence and ability to offer a service meeting the demands of world’s best practice in terms of process and food safety.

It now means that with this additional qualification all of our technicians have an even better knowledge and understanding of the importance of food hygiene, associated food hazards, good hygiene practice and controls based upon an awareness of food safety management systems. These topics are regarded by the Food Standards Agency as being important to understanding and maintaining good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.
